Aquatic Biodanza is an extension of Biodanza that stimulates joyful, fluid and sensitive movements and promotes well-being, pleasure and deep relaxation.

The gentle caress of warm water dissolves chronic muscle tension, reduces stress and fatigue. 
Exercises in fluidity, contact and affective communication increase the ability to feel welcome, trust and pleasure in being oneself.

It is ideal for those who feel the need to regenerate and awaken harmony in the body and emotions.

The Aquatic Biodanza takes place in a 1.20 m deep pool at a temperature of 35°-36°.
The playful exercises, the slowed movement, the cenesthetic sensitivity and the fluidity awaken the pleasure of a flexible and harmonious movement that deeply dissolves tension and rigidity.

Raffaella Zanetto
A specialist teacher, she trained with Prof. Rolando Toro Araneda. She has been leading Aquatic Biodanza groups since 1997. Specialist trainer in extension in Aquatic Biodanza since 2008. Director of the Scuola di Biodanza S.R.T del Triveneto.
