Biodanza and the 4 Seasons

Putting life at the center and adding life to life is dancing to the rhythm of the four seasons. 
The life cycle we witness in our existence is intrinsically linked to the idea that life is always looking for ways to express itself and the form that life has to express itself is through the four seasons. 

Since ancient times, human beings have been in contact with the forces of nature and seasonal changes. 
From the ancient inhabitants of North America to India, from Australia to the Celtic peoples and from the Incas to the Egyptians. The goal of dancing the 4 seasons is to return to connect with our cyclical being and bind ourselves again with life on all levels, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Dancing the summer means entering the world of the fruits and gifts that life has in store for us. It is time to collect, to celebrate, to enjoy the gifts that Life and the Earth have ready for us. 

It's time to celebrate successes, to play, to rest, to enjoy and accept the gifts that life has in store for me.
It is connecting with abundance, with Dionysian life, with sexuality and pleasure. It is, therefore, a matter of accepting the merit and going for it. 

Summer is an unfolding of vital energy, of unbridled madness, of light, of dancing in the sun and of movement. We will work with concepts such as abundance, fruits, sensuality, pleasure, light, manifestation, harvests, gratitude, merit, joy, euphoria.  The main element of the summer will be fire, since the sun is at its zenith and warms more than ever. 

This ritual is full of the existential meanings of the cycle of Summer.
