Biodanza awakens the wonderful process of renewal that we see in nature: the dances used allow you to experience the body and your movement as a natural expression of yourself.
A cycle of open meetings to rediscover oneself in a joyful and vital way, get in touch with one's uniqueness and the possibility of sharing it in the group, bring out one's strength of realization and the ability to open up to life.
BIODANZA, the dance of life, is a healthy method of psychophysical integration based on the joint effects of music, movement and emotions.
It brings joy to everyday life, promotes good self-esteem, strengthens and enriches personal and relational identity.
It is not necessary to know how to dance.
The movement is suitable for everyone and for all ages.
COSTS:
A) Single evening fee € 18.00 (VAT incl.)
B) Fee for 3 meetings € 45.00 (VAT incl.)
C) MONTHLY fee 4 Meetings: € 60.00 (VAT incl.)
D) Discounted fee for students and young people (under 30 years old)
